The Beolit 20 retains its distinctive Beolit silhouette, complemented by numerous current design elements. The original hole pattern has been redesigned into an elegant hatch design. Recurring angled lines and spiral corners create a distinctive, dynamic look. In addition, the hole pattern has been adjusted for optimal sound performance, with 45% air permeability for clear, rich sound output. The surface structure has been revised to integrate wireless Qi charging in an unobtrusive way. The shape and curvature of the surface have been modified to allow various storage options when loading devices.
In terms of audio performance, the Beolit 20 delivers an extremely powerful but balanced sound experience. With a 5.5-inch long-throw full-range woofer, 3 x 1.5-inch full-range speakers and 2 x 4-inch passive bass radiators, it achieves an impressive 77 dB of bass output and 9 dB of volume in the midrange frequencies. This power, coupled with the omnidirectional True 360 Sound, allows the Beolit 20 to easily fill a 10-50 m² room with typical Bang & Olufsen sound. There is also the option to pair two Beolit 20s or a Beolit 20 and a Beolit 17 in stereo mode to further enhance the listening experience.

The battery life of the Beolit 20 has been significantly optimized. With a new 3200mAh battery, battery life improves over 30% over the Beolit 17 at normal volume. The Beolit 20 now offers 37 hours of operation at low volume and more than 8 hours at normal volume - ideal for nighttime events with impressive sound.
